45 Minute Focused Treatment
Focused treatment for one main area of pain, tension or restricted movement.
Service Description
A focused treatment designed for returning clients who would like attention given to one main area of discomfort, tension or restricted movement. Please note that this appointment is not suitable for an initial visit, as 45 minutes does not allow sufficient time for a full consultation, assessment and treatment. New clients should book a minimum of 60 minutes. Your treatment will be tailored to your individual needs and may include deep-tissue massage, hot stones, dry needling, myofascial cupping, Indian head massage techniques, relaxation massage, assisted stretching and PNF stretching, where appropriate.
