A thorough, assessment-led treatment tailored to your individual needs.
Service Description
A tailored treatment suitable for both new and returning clients. This appointment allows time for an initial consultation and assessment, followed by treatment focused on your main areas of discomfort, tension or restricted movement. Your treatment will be adapted to your individual needs and may include deep-tissue massage, hot stones, dry needling, myofascial cupping, Indian head massage techniques, relaxation massage, assisted stretching and PNF stretching, where appropriate. This is the recommended minimum appointment length for your first visit.
