Service Description
A comprehensive treatment suitable for both new and returning clients. The additional time allows for consultation and assessment, followed by more extensive treatment of multiple areas of discomfort, tension or restricted movement. Your treatment will be adapted to your individual needs and may include deep-tissue massage, hot stones, dry needling, myofascial cupping, Indian head massage techniques, relaxation massage, assisted stretching and PNF stretching, where appropriate. This is an ideal choice when several areas require attention or when you would like a more thorough treatment without feeling rushed.
