Service Description
An extended treatment suitable for both new and returning clients. This appointment provides ample time for consultation and assessment, followed by an extensive treatment addressing multiple areas of discomfort, tension or restricted movement. Your treatment will be adapted to your individual needs and may include deep-tissue massage, hot stones, dry needling, myofascial cupping, Indian head massage techniques, relaxation massage, assisted stretching and PNF stretching, where appropriate. This is the ideal choice for full-body treatment, multiple areas requiring attention or a combination of focused therapeutic work and relaxation.
